Job Summary
The Coordinator/Manager of Customer Excellence is responsible for wholly managing multiple ongoing operational projects including but not limited to Poster Art Creation, Affiliate Marketing Art Creation, Synopses Creation, and Video Qualification Pre-Analysis. This role is key to the successful on time delivery and accuracy of multiple Affiliate and Consumer facing items that are highly visible in the marketplace.The individual in this role will interface with numerous internal and external customers including all of Avail-TVNís Studio Partners and MSOs.
Major Activities to ensure achievement of key results and deliverables
- Fully manage Poster Art Staging, Creation, and QC including interfacing with Internal Departments and Studio Partners
- Support Affiliate Site Art Creation in association with the Marketing Department
- Field One-Off Poster Art Request
- Independently manage Synopses Creation in conjunction the Programming Department and Studio Partners
- Wholly manage the qualification process for Video Files, XMLs/Planners, and Poster Art
- Independently Manage Video File Pre-Analysis Qualifications and Stage Files/Initial Results for the Engineering Team
- Manage Provider expectations, communications,and questions with regards to the Qualifications Process and/or Results
- Assist the Engineering Team with Provider Encoding calls and questions related to the successful Qualification of Video Files
- Manage Affiliate Test Content FTP
- Split time between Sherman Oaks and Burbank Offices to improve communications
- Support Director with day-to-day Departmental Operations and Staff Management
- Support Director with Special Projects as needed
