TVNow is a unique process allowing Avail-TVN to record and incorporate complex asset management, and provide priority delivery for any linear program. This allows time-sensitive material to appear in millions of VOD servers nationwide in a matter of hours instead of days. The CableLabs-compliant, open standards-based TVNow service allows for a program to be recorded once, configured, delivered and "made available" to millions of VOD homes shortly after the program's original airing. TVNow allows content providers to offer viewers time-shifted programming, including out-of–market sports and live events, broadening audience viewership and extending brand awareness.

TVNow has already been used successfully to:

• Deliver 20-minute highlight reels of major NFL games, customized to markets, within hours of the game’s completion
