As CMO of Avail-TVN, Brian is responsible for corporate marketing, communications, product management and strategic product development. Brian brings more than 18 years of leadership, management, and technology experience, including extensive involvement in strategy marketing, sales, and business development in the global technology and telecommunications industries.
Brian joined Avail-TVN after eight years at VeriSign, Inc., a $1.7 billion global company, where he was vice president of Enterprise and Industry Solutions Marketing, with responsibility for transforming the culture from a product-centric approach to a vertically-focused solutions company across a portfolio of more than 40 products. In his tenure at VeriSign, Brian also held a variety of executive leadership roles in both functional and operational capacities including leading Strategy & Marketing for the $400M Information Services division, founding member of the Corporate Business Development team, as well as leading the innovation group where he conceived, launched and scaled a variety of businesses in emerging markets, such as VoIP, Content Delivery, and RFID.
Before VeriSign, Brian led Business Development for Signio, the leading Internet payment provider, which was acquired by VeriSign in 1999. Brian also spent 10 years at The Chase Manhattan Bank, where he held senior roles in Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Development.
Brian holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and graduated with honors from Ohio University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting.
