Mr. Howard is a director of Dish Network Corporation and Interval Leisure Group, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Howard served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TCI Ventures Group and Liberty Satellite & Technology. He has over 25 years of experience in the cable television, satellite and media industries.
