Avail-TVN Announces New Additions to Executive Team

Leading Provider of Digital Media Services Welcomes William G. Arendt as CFO and Adam Salassi as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

Sherman Oaks, CA, February 8, 2010 - Avail-TVN, the largest digital media services company in North America, today announced two additions to its executive management team: William G. Arendt, chief financial officer and Adam Salassi, chief legal officer and general counsel. These appointments round out the Avail-TVN executive team and help to position the company to deliver new services and pursue opportunities for continued growth.

Coming out of a successful merger, Avail-TVN is working closely with content owners and service providers to offer new products and services that meet their evolving needs. The addition of William G. Arendt and Adam Salassi to the Avail-TVN executive team positions the company for new strategic business investments and growth opportunities.

William G. Arendt brings to Avail-TVN extensive experience in the digital media and telecommunications industries, including more than 12 years with Nextel. Following the Sprint Nextel merger, Arendt was tapped to serve first as corporate controller and then as interim CFO for the $40 billion company. He most recently served as interim CFO for a digital media technology company that redefines the way people interact with and consume sports content.

Adam Salassi joins Avail-TVN from Cooley Godward Kronish where he was the head of its Mid-Atlantic mergers and acquisitions practice. He has over 20 years of experience handling corporate transactions, public securities offerings and licensing, marketing and distribution agreements and related intellectual property transactions in the media, telecommunications, business services and information technology industries.
