Avail-TVN Secures Long-term Industry-wide Deal for Knightscove’s Family-Oriented Programming and Oasis TV’s Body-Mind-Spirit Content

Sherman Oaks, CA, January 12, 2010 - Avail-TVN, the largest independent digital media services company in North America, continues to complement its extensive offering of studio and network VOD content with targeted programming that helps service providers deliver value to their subscribers. The company today announced long-term, industry-wide deals to deliver VOD content from Oasis TV and Knightscove Media Corp. (TSXV: KC / OTCQX: KCMDF). The agreements with Avail-TVN will ensure the delivery of VOD content from Oasis TV and Knightscove to more than 48 million households across North America.

Knightscove recently completed the acquisition of the KIDMAZING network, which specializes in pre-k and children’s programming, and will soon launch Knight TV to provide full VOD packages of pre-k, big kids and tween programming. Oasis TV provides Body-Mind-Spirit programming in the personal growth, spirituality, metaphysics, natural health, current affairs, earth and science, and love and relationship categories.
