Avail-TVN Partners with MavTV to Offer Male-centric VOD Content

Long Term Partnership Kicks off With High Definition Programming

Los Angeles, CA, September 15, 2009 - Avail-TVN, the largest independent digital media services company in North America, today announced an industry-wide VOD services deal with MavTV. Owned by the Mav’rick Entertainment Network, MavTV carries a variety of programming themes targeting men 18-54, including sports, gaming, comedy, women and relationships, health and fitness, finance, gadgets, and movies. The new partnership takes effect immediately.

This partnership provides MavTV with the option to utilize Avail-TVN’s full suite of VOD services to support the launch of their SD and HD VOD packages. These services include metadata publishing, distribution and asset management services to support various codecs, formats, fast turnaround requirements, distribution platforms, and advertising initiatives across North America.

Some of the programming that will be available includes the Lucas Oil Motorsports Show, Rad Girls, which is the female version of Jackass, American Tailgater, which takes a comic look at tailgating at some of the most famous events and stadiums, as well as Demolition Dynasty, and the Single Life with Sam Philips where the former Playboy Playmate hosts a wild and crazy hour of discussion about dating, sex and relationships.
