TVN Entertainment Chosen To Support Time Warner Cable VOD Platform

US #2 Cable Operator Will Use TVN’s Emmy-nominated ADONISS Toolset

Los Angeles, California, June 10, 2009 - TVN® Entertainment Corp, the world’s largest television on-demand company, today announced it has entered into a long-term agreement with Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) to deploy the TVN VOD platform in support of Time Warner Cable’s VOD initiatives.

Under the terms of the deal, TVN will provide the MSO with VOD content delivery services and advanced asset management tools, including TVN’s Emmy-nominated ADONISS™ interactive system.
