Sherman Oaks, California, March 17, 2009 - TVN® Entertainment Corp., the world’s largest television on demand company, today announced a comprehensive, multiyear agreement with Summit Entertainment, LLC. The deal includes access to all new release titles in both Standard and High Definition formats including the studio’s recent box office hit, Twilight, which is scheduled for Video on Demand (VOD) release on March 21, 2009.

The agreement gives Summit access to TVN’s Emmy-nominated asset management system, ADONISS™, which allows content partners to remotely view, track and edit metadata; make changes to their menu structure and generate reports. Additionally, the deal allows use of the interactive programmer tool, iPRI.

Upcoming theatrically released films from Summit Entertainment include KNOWING starring Nicolas Cage; the action comedy NEXT DAY AIR; BROTHERS BLOOM starring Rachel Weisz, Adrien Brody and Mark Ruffalo; the genre film SORORITY ROW; the animated feature ASTRO BOY; and THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON, the next installment in the hit franchise.
