TVN Entertainment And Fuse Announce Long-Term Industry-Wide VOD Pact

Fuse to Gain Access to Full Array of Innovative Tools and Services

Los Angeles, California, February 10, 2009 - TVN Entertainment Corp., the world’s largest television on demand company, today announced a comprehensive long-term, industry-wide VOD services deal with Fuse, the national music television network. TVN will support all of the network’s VOD needs including multiple codecs (MPEG2 and MPEG4), SD and HD, advanced asset management tools and services, programming stunts, as well as fast turn services to accommodate VOD advertising sales timelines and high profile programming across the VOD landscape.

“This new deal gives Fuse flexibility in the broad range of services TVN Entertainment provides,” said Brad Samuels, EVP, Content Distribution, Fuse. “As we continue to roll out programming for some of the industry’s largest tours, events and specials, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony on April 4 and the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in June, we consider VOD as a key component of our relationship with both our viewers and our distributors.”

“For clients like Fuse, we create a customized solution beginning with our dynamic toolset to track, monitor, update, and manage VOD programs,” said Matt Cohen SVP, Strategy & Business Development for TVN. “As Fuse’s VOD plans continue to evolve in support of its affiliates, TVN will continue to innovate to make it simpler, easier and more efficient to implement.”

In keeping with current trends in the VOD industry, Fuse recently added an HD VOD package to their SD VOD offering and moved all of their VOD content to fast turn delivery for timely advertiser accommodation. The network’s strategy of providing a quicker turnaround of high profile linear content for VOD premieres has garnered favorable responses from advertisers, resulting in consistently high VOD sell out rates.

In addition to providing comprehensive VOD services to cable, telecommunications, and DBS providers, TVN packages, distributes and manages over 8300 hours of programming from nearly 200 content providers including every major movie studio. TVN also maintains an exclusive roster of eight unique VOD networks. Beyond content distribution, TVN also supplies comprehensive marketing support and asset management services via its Emmy-nominated system ADONISS.
