Los Angeles, California, January 27, 2009 - TVN® Entertainment Corp, the world’s largest television on demand company today announced a comprehensive long-term, industry-wide, VOD services agreement with GolfTV. The deal includes affiliate sales, metadata management, distribution services, and access to TVN’s advanced asset management tools for GolfTV to reach TV, hotel, and broadband customers.

GolfTV is the leading producer of High Definition travel features on great golf destinations with an extensive High Definition library on golf resorts and luxury golf estates as well as features on golf instruction and equipment. In addition to working with Golfweek Magazine to develop program opportunities for their resort and real estate clients, GolfTV produces programming that has appeared on a variety of networks including Discovery HD Theater, INHD, Prime Sports, and The Golf Channel.
