Los Angeles, California, August 25, 2008 - TVN® Entertainment Corp., the world’s largest television on-demand company, today announced a comprehensive three year, industry-wide VOD services deal with Lifetime Networks.

The deal provides a framework under which Lifetime and its various networks, including Lifetime and Lifetime Movie Network, far and away the top two women’s networks, can launch new VOD initiatives, modify programming options, and customize metadata. Additionally, Lifetime will have the ability to utilize TVN’s full suite of VOD services including: TVNow – the company’s fast turnaround service for time-sensitive programming; ADONISS™ – TVN’s asset management system; and iPRI – the programmer tool which allows networks to make real-time metadata updates on a site by site basis.
