Suddenlink Communications Inks VOD Deal With TVN Entertainment

Leading VOD Company Rolls Out Comprehensive VOD Solution Across Suddenlink’s Expanding Digital Base

Burbank, California, May 18, 2008 - TVN Entertainment Corp., the world’s leading television on-demand company, and Suddenlink Communications, a top-ten U.S. operator of cable broadband systems, today announced a deal in which TVN® will provide the company with a comprehensive Video on Demand (VOD) solutions package.

The multi-year agreement will provide Suddenlink with access to a full slate of content including Hollywood studio movies in both standard and high definition, broadcast and cable network Free on Demand, premium SVOD offerings and exclusive VOD networks. As part of the VOD deal, Suddenlink has online access to TVN’s emmy-nominated ADONISS™ 2 interactive toolset, which allows tracking of on demand assets and modification of metadata in real time. Additionally, TVN will create a customized weekly barker as well as providing an extensive roster of VOD promotions and campaigns that are produced with studios and other major content partners.

TVN currently packages and distributes more than 8,000 hours of content from over 175 content owners, including all Hollywood studios. The deal with Suddenlink increases TVN’s reach to over 39 million VOD households in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
