Milestone Highlights Position as the On Demand Television Market Leader

Burbank, California – July 23, 2007 - TVN Entertainment Corp., the world’s leading television on-demand company, marked an important milestone by signing its 100th affiliate partner – Alaska’s largest broadband operator, GCI (NASDAQ:GNCMA.) The deal underscores TVN’s position as the largest provider of video on demand services and marks the first time consumers in Alaska will be able to enjoy the benefits of video on demand.

TVN utilizes its sophisticated asset management system, ADONISS 2, to package, distribute, and manage more than 8,000 hours of content from over 150 content owners, including all Hollywood studios.

Most recently TVN announced the launch of VOD Complete, the first end-to-end video on demand solution for small market systems that can be customized to meet specific market and system requirements. The offering is designed to reduce complexity, time, and cost in deploying a fully-equipped on-demand service.

TVN recently launched their eighth VOD network with BODVOD Networks called Saavn: an exclusive suite of on demand channels featuring unique Bollywood content from the top South Asian producers.
