Leading On-Demand Company to Provide Competitive MSO with VOD services for Upcoming Launch

Burbank, California – January 22, 2007 - TVN Entertainment, the leading television on-demand company, today announced that it has reached agreement with WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone to provide the nation’s 13th largest MSO with all video on-demand (VOD) services in conjunction with its upcoming launch.

Under terms of the deal, TVN will license studio, family and specialty VOD programming to WOW! and will provide the MSO with advanced asset management tools, including TVN’s ADONISS 2 interactive system, as well as the TVNow rapid turnaround service.
